WE CHARGE BY THE JOB ~ NOT BY THE HOUR
WE HAVE A $75 MINIMUM CHARGE FOR ANY THING WE DO. *plus $25 fuel surcharge if 10+ miles from our shop.
EXAMPLE: Jump Starts are considered as a $75 minimum. *If further than 10 miles it would be $100. (fuel surcharge)
The $25 fuel surcharge is non refundable for any reason.
We charge an extra $15 for picking up parts or materials.
We don't play by the hour games or mark up the parts. (you buy the parts & get the warranty)

~~~~~~~~~ IF YOUR CAR DOES NOT START ~~~~~~~~~
1. Call to set an appointment. { 312-546-2200 } *open 9am - 9pm everyday.
2. We come out to you & diagnose your vehicles problem for $75.
3. We SHOW you what is wrong.
4. We give you a estimate for the repairs. (LABOR & PARTS)
5. You go buy the parts via a local part store OR we can go get the parts for a $15 part pick up fee.
You can also wait & we will come back when your ready at a later date to install your parts.
6. We install the parts / start your vehicle & test the parts.
*WE CAN PICK UP THE PARTS FOR YOU AFTER DIAGNOSIS OR YOU CAN TAKE A RIDE WITH US TO THE LOCAL PART STORE.
*EITHER WAY - THERE IS A PART PICK UP FEE ( in most cases $15 )
*YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FUNDS FOR PARTS IN ANY SCENARIO.

ONSITE DIAGNOSIS
For $75 we will come to you, perform tests to diagnose the problem and give you a repair quote. If you decide not to fix it, we're on our way.
If you choose to have the vehicle repaired by us ~ the $75 diagnosis fee is waived from the final bill.
In cases where parts are not available at the time of inspection, the $75 diagnosis fee would be paid at the time of the diagnosis, but then deducted from the final bill when we come back to complete the job. (when part becomes available)
All Labor is guaranteed 100% for 90 days and travel is included within a 10 - mile radius of our Shop Address.
There is an Additional charge of $25 for any Job in the Chicago Downtown area or any job outside of our 10 mile radius.
( for every 10 miles there after, there is an additional $25 charge )

Any Repairs outside of our 10 mile radius will Require a Reservation Fee of $25

( Pre Payment of the fuel surcharge / reservation fee ) Over the phone with Credit Card.
*The reservation Fee is to assure you (the customer) & us (Midwest) that we are both committed to the appointment.
*The $25 reservation fee is to cover the fuel surcharge. It is not money tacked on.
*This is the only way to be fair between both the Client & Midwest.
*We've had circumstances where the Client has gotten the vehicle running and left before we arrived onsite.
*The $25 reservation / fuel surcharge fee is non refundable for any reason.
